Does Caproom replace our fund administrator?
In most cases it does. The general ledger, capital accounts, waterfall, valuation and investor reporting run natively on one data model. Where an independent valuer or depositary is required, that party stays in place and Caproom supplies the underlying data and logs.
How is Annex IV filed with the regulator?
The report is built from live fund data and exported in the ESMA XML format the regulator requires, with a CSV version for internal review and a record of the parameters used for each reporting period.
Is SFDR Article 8/9 supported at portfolio level?
Yes. PAI indicators are collected per portfolio company, after which pre-contractual, periodic and website disclosures are generated automatically and versioned from the same dataset.
